for best results, provide raw microscope files (e.g. czi,lsm,nd2,etc.). this allows lever access to the metadata and images
lever will try to convert tif files, assuming they meet naming requirements
import will process all microscope files from the input folder and all its subfolders
import will not write over any image data or .LEVER files
for each microscope file, import generates a .h5 file, then a .LEVER file, then a folder full of .jpg (2-D) or .lbins (3-D) for visulization.
if you delete a .LEVER file, leave the input folder blank and run an import it will regenerate just the missing .LEVER files.
